Overall layout is good and speical. Only the extract of the close up image need to improve.

It is a clear and nice wallpaper! I am also a sailormoon fans but I love Sailoruranus/ Haruka Tenoh most and I only make wallpaper for her :P. I also feel strange that why I love her for over 10 yrs (like you ^_^ ). Wish to see more salirormoon wallpaper in future.
